What we get asked most
How do I book a DJ in Douala?
Enter the date, the venue and your budget in the AlloDJ app. The platform picks a DJ available in Douala on that date, suited to your type of event. The booking is confirmed with a 10% deposit.
How do I find a DJ in Yaoundé?
It works exactly as in Douala: booking happens in the app, and the DJ offered is chosen among those covering Yaoundé. No bidding war, no quotes to compare.
How much does booking a DJ in Cameroon cost?
You state the budget: AlloDJ looks for a DJ within that range rather than making you compare quotes. The only fixed rule is the 10% deposit at booking, with the balance settled 3 days before the event. The price depends on the DJ, the duration and the equipment requested.
Can I listen to AlloDJ DJs' music before booking?
Yes. The platform's mixtapes and sets are free to listen to — the best preview of what you're booking. Full listening happens in the app.
How does AlloDJ pick the DJ?
The platform crosses three criteria: the date (the DJ must be free), the venue (Douala and Yaoundé today) and the budget you state. It then picks one specific profile — your request isn't broadcast to a list of DJs who would all call you back.
How much do I pay when booking?
A deposit of 10% of the agreed amount confirms the booking. The balance is settled 3 days before the event. No other fee is charged at booking time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free within 48 hours of booking. After that, the deposit stays with the DJ who blocked their date.
How do you become a DJ on AlloDJ?
You don't apply. Entry happens on the recommendation of at least 3 DJs already active on the platform. They vouch for the level and the reliability of the new profile.
